About Me

Sarah Joseph

Author, Registered MSW, Certified Positive Discipline Trainer, and doTERRA Gold Leader.

I’m the mother of two, wife and mompreneur. I have been blessed to find a piece of paradise to call home on the Sunshine Coast of beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Although I have a home office where I provide services, I also utilize technology to serve those clients who are not local and I enjoy traveling to visit clients world wide.

In 2009, I founded Prenatal to Parenting which transitioned into SarahJoseph.ca in 2015. My passion for empowering people to be their best selves and live their best lives has driven my continued learning and business plan. I’m passionate about providing people with tangible tools for creating deeper connections, joy and courage. I have been working with families in a variety of settings since 2007, including counselling, consulting, support groups and developing and delivering  educational workshops.

I’m the author of the best selling children’s book Animals in my Brain, A kid’s guide to understanding and controlling their behaviour, the eBook Peaceful Parenting; 7 Strategies for Creating More Peace in Your Family and the forthcoming book Cultivate, more of what you want. My articles have been featured online in publications like Natural Parent’s Network, Vancouver Mom, Modern Mama, Kid’s Vancouver, and The Survival Guide for Rookie Moms.

In 2011, I realized that an essential part of my parenting tool box was essential oils. So adding essential oil education and sales to my services was a natural extension. Being able to offer families a tangible, safe, effective and affordable tool brings me so much joy and I love seeing the amazing results. doTERRA has also allowed me to build a successful international network marketing business which has brought much abundance to my life. I have a wonderful team of passionate women who have built their own successful soul based businesses and have built meaningful connections in their lives. doTERRA has provided me with another avenue for empowering people to live their best life.
